Brief: Encourage people to fill their shopping carts in advance and place their orders on Black Friday.


Insight: Shoppers often add items to their carts spontaneously but delay completing the purchase.


Idea: On Black Friday, your cart finally breaks off the leash and grabs everything in sight.


Story: The video transports viewers to Joom’s shopping paradise, where the campaign’s playful mascot—a mischievous shopping cart—gobbles up everything in sight, indulging itself without restraint.


Localisation: The campaign ran in the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Poland, Israel, and Russia. 


Media: The mascot appeared in advertising, interactive social media activations, influencer projects, and even inside the app itself. 


Results: This was the most successful promo in Joom’s history.
